2. Eligibility and Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining account security and credentials.
You are responsible for activity under your account to the extent permitted by law.

3. User Contributions and Moderation

You may submit service names, categories, country data, reports, and other content ("User Content"). You are responsible for ensuring your submissions are lawful, accurate to the best of your knowledge, and do not infringe third-party rights.

We may review, approve, reject, remove, or edit User Content for quality, safety, legal, or policy reasons.

4. License You Grant

By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, display, publish, and distribute that content to operate, improve, and promote the service.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You must not generate invalid ad activity (for example self-clicking, incentivized clicks, or bot traffic).

No rights are granted except as explicitly provided in these Terms.

10. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific outcomes from user-generated content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Compario and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Compario and its affiliates from claims arising out of your use of the service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms, except to the extent prohibited by law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory local consumer protection law requires otherwise.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is always posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
